Individual-Centered Support
Every month, we visit the individuals in our care to better understand their unique preferences, goals, and needs. These visits are an opportunity to foster trust, ensure their living environments are comfortable, and address any concerns promptly. By staying actively engaged, we strive to create a supportive environment where individuals feel valued and heard.
Partnering with Host Home Providers
Host home providers play an essential role in this process. Their dedication and compassion make a significant difference in the lives of the individuals we support. We work closely with them to maintain a strong partnership, offering guidance, resources, and assistance when needed. We are also willing to train your potential respite providers, ensuring they have the support they need to maintain healthy and fulfilling connections with the individuals in their care.
Managing Financial Responsibilities
Behind the scenes, we handle the critical task of managing finances for the individuals we support. This includes overseeing funds from Social Security and Medicaid, ensuring eligibility for services is maintained annually, and collecting receipts to keep all transactions accountable. Our goal is to provide financial stability and transparency, allowing individuals and their providers to focus on what truly matters—quality of life.
