Ashley has been working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities for over 20 years. She is a college graduate and received a degree in Exercise Science and Athletic Training. She also completed training as a dental hygienist and worked in Loveland for 7 years. She began working with Altra Services in SLS and then moved on to become the Associate Director in 2012 and is now the Executive Director and part owner. She is excited to be working with a family owned and operated business. We believe that individuals can thrive with Just Enough Supports alongside a Host Home Provider(s) if it’s the right fit.

Heather Long is the Assistant Executive Director of Altra Services, Inc and has worked with Altra Services, Inc. since January 2021. Prior to working with Altra Services, Inc., Heather worked as a Case Manager and Residential Program Coordinator for several agencies. She has worked, passionately, for 25 years supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, work towards their independent goals and thrive in their life. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, reading, volunteering, hiking, paddleboarding and walking her dog.
